Meet Kyra

Kyra, CCR/ACA

Kyra has loved animals for as long as she can remember, so working in the veterinary world was a natural fit. As a CCR/ACA, she loves being part of a team that helps animals every day and always works together to get things done. She especially enjoys annual health exams and seeing happy, healthy pets come through the clinic.

At home, Kyra has two dogs: Murdoch, an 11-year-old golden retriever–German shepherd mix who can open doors, and Kali, a five-year-old pitty mix who’s equal parts lazy and wild.

Outside of work, Kyra takes boxing classes, paints animal portraits, and collects trinkets. She was valedictorian in high school, can name dog breeds just by looking at them, and has a weakness for anything pickled. Her favourite colour is pink, and she loves her friendly, dog-filled community, especially how close everything is and the endless food options nearby.
